Probably foolish to take a shot on these games tonight. New tournement, no history to look at but the lines seem to have really nice value:
FC Dallas vs Chivas-Gaud.
LA Galaxy vs Pachuca
Dallas is playing well and are at home. Chivas is in the Mexican off season and seeing as how alot of their team has been playing for Mex in the Gold Cup/Copa Amer., they are leaving 7 major players back in Mexico for the game. I'll take a shot on the home team, playing well at home and in mid-season form vs a depleted team, in preseaon on the road at very nice odds:
Dallas ML +200
50 to win 100
Dallas Pk -105
53 to win 50
Same scenerio with LA vs Pachuca. But, Pachuca will only be missing 3 players. However, this LA team is god awful and will be without Beckham. Pachuca may be the best soccer team in the Western Hemisphere. They score and score and should torch this terrible LA defense. Also, they have had much less of a layoff since they played in the finals of the Mexican League and then followed that up with the Championship game of the South American tourney. Their rivals, Tigres, just played the Galaxy last week in LA and won 3-0. Puchuca is far better. Not sure why they are basically even odds in this one.
Pachuca ML +125
100 to win 125
Pachuca Pk -135
101 to win 75
