Jack I deposited money to this site through here for the Masters because they had some decent props. Well I won and now they wont give me my money. There is no place on the site to request a cashout, you have to call them. When I do they keep telling me accounting is busy they will call me back. Yeah fawking right. Ive been on hold for like a day with these idiots and cant get anywhere. Is this typical? :cursin: :cursin: At least with Gameday you can get your money geez

Jack all that does is show you the METHODS AVALIABLE. It doesnt however link you to any way to cash out. When I spoke to the guy on the phone he said the only way to cash out is to call in. And good luck getting through or finding their number. This was Players Superbook, not the one listed by Northwest. I finally got through and cashed out my entire account.

This must be one of MVP's outfits. I had to jump through the same hoops to get paid, but I did get paid. Not haveing a place to cashout on a books website sucks pretty bad and believe me I always check before playing at a new book now.
