1. I think it is a bad look and probably not the right guy to put on that committee. No reason throw chum in Trumptard infested waters.
2. The fact that Pelosi is a bit of a bitch is exactly why the Democrats need her. The party is very weak and is often overrun by the right wingers that have a worse position (in the eyes of most Americans) but a better messaging campaign.
She does the exact same shit the Republicans do. It's simply not possible to disagree with everything. No matter how you feel about someone, you can't tell me that there aren't things you agree on.

I agree with you, but look at how the Supreme Court openings were handled in 2016 and 2020. When the other side will throw out all the norms in order to get an advantage, I think you have to start fighting fire with fire. She's decent at it, so I like that about her.
