There's a neighborhood cat that walks around here... I think he's homeless... white body black face black feet and a black head... unique looking thing pretty cat... anyways I just noticed this morning he's got a friend. It's a bird... fukin bird will fly above the cat and when the cat stops to lay down or whatever the bird comes down hops around it while the cat swipes at him laying on his back...then they get tired and just sit there together. Freakin aewsome

I love nature and the way things work out.
Had 10 crows this AM feeding from corn and crackers I throw out for them.
Have a doe with two fawns that I feed apples in a field close to the house. The other night she was feeding and my rotty ran to within 30 ft of the fence. I got there and he sat down. The doe pawed the ground to warn him away. Ha
Three red fox live close and we see them frequently . As I have chickens I dont really like them around. One day a fox came up and was sitting outside the fence in the back yard. I went in and got my .357 . I got back out and it was still sitting there. I drew down on it and I am a good shit with that gun. I couldn;t do it and I moved gun left and Boom......... It went about 3 inchs next to the fox on the ground. It hauled ass. I do not like fox to be comfortable.
the rotty smell keeps them at bay me thinks
