The cougars at home could have sizable advantage over the 'cuse thursday night. First off Syr has to replace almost their entire offensive line. I don't think they'll be able to run effectively against BYU. Additionally, it seems that BYU recieving core is stronger than the 'cuse db's. Look for them to put up lots of passing yards. The BYU faithful also plan on having over 66,000 fans at the game, thats alot of noise for an inexperienced O-line.
Last but not least BYU has proven they like to win in any payback situation since 1998 going a perfect 13-0 SU. I look for them to continue the streak.
