Most of us last left Creighton after that double OT fiasco where they screwed us by beating Western Kentucky. We'll if you can't beat them join them. Tonight CU hosts 6-0 Nebraska. CU -9. As I've said before, I follow this team fairly closely and personally know their second best player Terrell Taylor, who I even tried to call last night but he's never home. Anyway, here are some thoughts.
After beating WK, Creighton lost at TCU and at BYU, now they come home, where they hardly ever lose, to play Nebraska. These Cornhuskers are undefeated but 1. Look who they have played: NC A&T, Winthrop, Texas San-Antonio, Wofford, Western Ill. and Oral Roberts. 2. THIS IS THEIR FIRST ROAD GAME OF THE YEAR. 3. This will be the worst team in the Big 12 when all is said and done.
Creighton has won the last two meetings by 11 and 16, Altman I'm sure laid into them after that lost road trip and I suspect CU to come out blazing. Double-digits shouldn't be a problem, I hope. GL to all.
