Yes! Lived there two years!

Beach:

Caddy's on the beach or undertow. Cadedys has valet which is priceless and undertow parking is sketchy but their is public beachside couple blocks.

Taking a girl?

There's Tampa hard rock casino. For a $15 in the spa section, you get access to the pool like your are a paying guest. Huge pool,tv, faces a waterfall. Very nice if you want to play a few table games after you put a pin a colada in her hand.

Real Cuban food? Columbia on 21st in ybor. Cigars and dominoes at king corona, just grab a chair and a Stogie.

I could go all day.

been to channelside,
ybor, macdintons hahaha. been a few years since i been there though. may take in a rays game as well, i'll leave my ak 47 at home.
