Teaser Opinions Please

I am new poster to this site and am finding it very much informative. I am thinking about laying some $ down on the following 13 pt. teaser and would like some opinions.

Texas +1 over Texas Tech
Ohio St. -14 over Minnesota
Navy +27 over Notre Dame
Nebraska +7 over Oklahoma St.

I like your teaser but I would flipflop OSU with Minnesota catching 40. No way they blow them out.

I'd flip...the first three games and switch the last one for South Carolina + :com:

I like them all except TX.....I'm big on TT this week of course plus the points, but an outright win would NOT surprise me by the Red Raiders this week! Careful with that one...just my opinion. One blowout I'm seeing is HOUSTON!! Tease that down and it's $$$$$$$!!!!
