PR say Fla by 6?
Overall #'s say Fla by 8
Last 5 games say Temple by 1
Fla 8-2-1 ats away
Temple 11-6 ats away
Fla 7-3 su vs tourney teams, with 5 of those 7 by DD
Temple is 2-7 su vs tourney teams
Temple beat Texas by 14, Tx had no clue, plus no shooters to beat the zone.
Question is, can Fla.
This is what I call a warrior of a team, they have fought throught more this year than
can be imagined. No questioning their heart and desire, and discipline.

I like em Gators -3

have at it fellows

I hate leaking a play that I haven't been able to jump on yet since the totals aren't out and it may change against me before I am able to get it, but the Over looks VERY strong to me! Check it out for yourselves and let me know what you think. It may be a big play for me

Bear,

You might be right about the over, but I would hate to need a Temple game to get near 70 to win. If their defense is on, the over will be hard to reach.

Fla -150 ML
in all but 3 games this year , they scored 69 points or more, last 3 scored 69. It may appear they are in a little scoring slump.
Maybe a ML play and the over, would like to see drop to 136 or less.

Percentages say they score at least 69
and if they don't win on ML play, game has to go over.

These two teams are 11-3 to the over away.

I actually think this line is what is for the following reasons:
1) Fla 3 straight games scoring 69 points
2) Temple blasting of Texas, who had no clue. It was obvious from the get go.
3) Fla slow start in last game.
4) Temple having 4 or 5 players in DD scoring vs Texas.
But, if Fla would have been playing the same tx team that day. They would have killed em.

Allnet,

Thank you! Just wanted to make sure I was on track. . . glad to know that somebody else found the same numbers that I did. . . any reason to play the under instead of the over??? Anybody? If there is, then I'd like to know. . . this just seems like such a good play to me at 137 or so.

original question was , can Fla handle the zone D ? That is the question that needs to be answered first. if you think they can, how? I think you find the winner of this game this way.

Think (hope) this line will increase. I think Temple wins straight up with defense but would like the points. If the line drops at all I'm going to be all over it. Cheney knows how to prep his guys and Florida is far from invincable. LOL to all. Totals would be a guess.

Snooze:
No one is invincible that is for sure. I personnaly have a problem here today.
1. I like the grit of the Fla team
2. I never like Chaney since his threat of the Umass coach Calibretti (spelling).
3. I think Chaney's bubble ain't dead center
4. I have to separate feelings from the game.

I think the other big key in this game will be if flordia can make temple turn the ball over. In the games temple does this they have been a different team.

Allnet, I don't think any CBB coach's bubble is on center. Can you imagine the stress of their job (its like us needing a 3 pointer in the last 3 seconds to close out a 5 team parlay). Nonetheless, he gets there with a small school year-in and year-out. However, your thread and its response has convinced there are better plays for today. I'm passing on this one. Thanks for the thread and the great job done by everyone.

LOL

Brett Nelson and Teddy Dupay CAN bust the Temple zone if they have a decent day shooting the ball. Nelson has hit 45% of his 3's this year. Florida also shoots well from the line at 73%. It looks to me that Florida has the edge in shooting with most other stats being fairly equal. I give the coaching edge to Donovan for reasons stated above (and I don't care for Cheney either after the 'I'll kill you' remark. What if Calipari had threatened Cheney that way. Would he still be coaching ANYWHERE?)

Bottom line - GATORS.

I wouldn't play an OVER with Temple in the game for all the tea in China.
