Ten Day Juice Diet

Has anyone ever done a vegetable - fruite juice fasting program?

I'm considering trying it for ten days and wanted to see if this was borderline crazy.

It would help me hit my goal of 200 from 243 and I'm 11 pounds short right now.

If you do that, you better find the softest toilet paper in the world.. Either that or use a snow cone cause your asshole is going to be so red and swollen.

I have gone on a 10 day Barley and Hops juice diet but never lost any weight? :toast: Never gained any back then either.

Stretch the limits of your endurance and feel all the better too.

you can search my post on weekly 1 day fast and also the every other month 3 day to great cleaning..

Fasting is not a weight loss program..

It is a way of life..

you may know this already..

instead of 10 days of juice, I would try 10 days of raw and lightly steamed veggies, with some fruit mixed in and water as your only beverage. You can eat as much veggies as you would like. Work out an hour daily and you will find success imo.

BTW, nice work. 243 to 211 is awsome. I am at a fat 216 today, and want to get back to 190 range. I seems as though I live on a seesaw between 190 and 215.

Thanks Fellas. All great points. I'm not sure I could do it and after researching a good "green vegetable" juicer, I'd have to drop $300.

I'd rather just run an extra mile each day. Then again, I'd like a ... :mj07:

Hey Woodie, I have lost 21 lbs over the past three months, down to a trim 196 :facepalm:

Have you tried eating high proteins, Fish, chicken and lean meats with Green veggies. little starches and NO SUGAR? Has worked for me and now that I have lost the weight, I have a carb night and eat Pasta one night a week...........GL and Great Job :toast:
