i can't see him losing, it seems like it should be -500 or greater. he just doesn't lose 3 out of 5 sets in these big matches

Well, you have to see whose left and how the Fed Man is playing. Roddick appears to be the ONLY threat. I wrote, more than once, that he's a bit of a mental case and it would take a shrink instead of Connors to get his mindset to be able to win it. Took a stand against him vs. Verdasco and I almost pulled that one off. But, the important thing in that match was that it looks like he proved me wrong - he faced adversity and met the challenge which really surprised me. So now the question is - - - are the ghosts of tennis past really gone and even if they are - can he beat Federer? He's gonna be facing bigger problems vs. Fed than he did vs. Verdasco, so maybe he will go over the edge (lose it mentally). More importantly, Fed KNOWS he can beat Roddick even if Roddick plays his type of game throughout the match . Roddick is going to need much more than big serves to beat Fed. So far - it looks like -375 might be workable.

But, it doesn't look so good if you notice that Federer has been a little shaky during recent matches. Slim possibility that Federer will hit a bigger bump during the match and Roddick will surely feed off that and possibly steamroll (and JUST eek out a victory if he does produce at well over 100 % in the final stages of their match). Throw in the slim possibility that one of the other survivors pulls off a fluke (look who beat Federer the last two times he lost a match).

I think the answer is -> play football this weekend.:Yep:

The only way The Fed loses is if he beats himself.....like when he plays the role of Nadals bitch. Despite Arods rejuvenation, it is defensive diggers that frustrate The Fed (Nads, Murray) and Blake had the best shot. If Davydenko wasn't playing hurt....well he would still lose. Youzhny has been the most impressive in this tourney (IMO). He's worth a shot to beat Arod @ +275....so Fade away with that one.

Also having trouble seeing past Henin-Hardon on the whoe's side. I have her at -125 and you can get +115.

I'm glad in a way that it is Sharapova because HH looked exhausted and I think Maurlesbo would've capitalised. You know what I mean...these whoe's matches that last more than an hour can be too much for a girl.
Back to the point....I didn't see the Sharapova match but the price on the final is so overcompensated. HH is a steal at pick....I have her priced at -185. The Russian babe is one of the handful of whoe's that have any form of mental strength so I would not be surprised if she wins but there is no way she is worth a gamble at the price.

Davydenko is a star with heart but I wouldn't consider any bet on this match. He is injured (left leg). Coming back to beat Haas after being down 2-0 is a bold statement in itself (he actually had a slight limp throughout) but we are talking a higher level here. Maybe he's healed but I'm not taking the chance.
