Will try to post plays the evening beforehand for European events using lines available at the time. No write-ups - little enough time to cap these let alone justify them - but good source of stats can be found at the official ATP site: http://www.atptennis.com

Monday's plays:

Andrei Pavel to beat Yevgeny Kafelnikov +130 @ Five Dimes [3 units]
Tim Henman to beat Albert Costa -118 @ Centrebet [2 units]
Wayne Ferreira to beat Dominik Hrbaty +200 @ Five Dimes [3 units]
Franco Squillari to beat Max Mirnyi -200 @ Surrey

Glad to see you posting these plays early.

I've been getting up at 3:30 AM to catch your plays and try to place my wagers before going to work. Even at that the lines at Olympic have been very unpredicable!

Thank you very much!

Appreciate your efforts in golf this week. No winner but still was rather interesting watching it all unfold.

Thank you Stanley!

Cheers Rusty - was aware of difficulties when making plays @ 4am ET when lines would come down within a couple of hours. I'll post the plays the evening before using provisional prices and will amend them when I can find the best lines and make the plays myself the next morning (UK time)

Thanks Stanley!

I appreciate your plays. I am following them closely and am starting to catch up on my sleep (not having to get up in the middle of the night or wee hours of the morning to find your posts then play them).

Between golf and tennis I have a very full and fulfilling life (in addition to wife, full time practice, etc. etc. etc.)

Stopped by a chiro friend of mine this evening on the way home to treat him and have him look at my shoulder that some 300 pound old lady almost pulled out of the socket when I helped her off the table the other day. When I treat these old huge whales I always feel like a male guppy trying to "get it on".

My friend invited me to play golf with him next week. He REALLY has no idea what he is getting himself into!

Ferrero and Kuerten did win, but neither were plays though Ferrero did come available at -275. Same story in the final. I fancy Kuerten to win the match, but won't go beyond -130 on him. So looks like a no-play on the final.

Final scores for week: 4-5 and +1.70 units
Final scores for year: 15-11 and +3.03 units

Stan:

How much do u look at playing surface?

Would seem that some of these clay court specialists are very tough to beat.

Chucky, I do place a lot of weight on the surface. Clay court tennis requires very different skills to those of the fast courts and with Wimbledon only two months away, we'll see another set of players dominating events in a month's time with the change to hard & grass court events.
