Lowell,

Kickserv is well equipped to give you advice, but I couldnt touch Safin at this price. In fact, I would go as far to say you would be getting ripped off a little.

He hasnt not played since Wimbledon due to surgery, which forced him to miss Russia's Davis Cup ties, and will miss a large bulk/if not all of the run up tournaments leading up to the US Open.

He is obviously world class when fit, but there are a number of players I would have in front of him, not least Federer, Roddick, Nadal, Agassi, and possibly even the likes of Ginepri, Ljubicic, Davydenko who are more than capable on a hard court.

Safin is shopping around the 20/1 (+2000 mark) in Europe, and his true price in my opinion is possibly as high as 25/1 +2500.

+900 = :cursin: :scared :mj12:
