I really beleive that both of these teams can win these games straight up on the road! Taking these kind of points is a big bonus.

Texas Tech is the one that really caught me eye.

Haven't scoped out much on it, but it does seem to stand out.

i like the Mizzou play much better though....think the Tech spread is right on.......especially after emotional win against A&M.....Iowa State had last week off......time to get down after Nebraska.....might even be a good time to play Iowa State....Nebraska is toilet tough.....

McNeese State scored 14 on the Huskers in a 38 to 14 loss.Nebraska is still playing a 1940's style of football in a brand new century.I dont like the TT/ISU game tho unless the points come down and joe public gets on TT.

I've been worried about this game for a while. We allowed ATM QB Long to set a Big 12 record for 7 TD passes in a game. And our D defends the pass better than the run. We will score on Iowa St, but I have this feeling that Seneca Wallace might throw for 300 and run for 300 and the Cyclone punter might not see the field.

God, I hope I'm wrong.

Kingsbury looks unstopable. Iowa's states defense is slow I look for neither team to stop the other team. Any team that can put up 500 plus yards to Am's defense isn't too bad. That looks like the best play out there.

I think the best bet for the Tech game would be the over, even without knowing yet what the total is but I would imagine it will be in the 60's.

The Cyclones aren't predicting a running game of any import from Tech, but for a 70 yard running TD that was disallowed (refs said the RB was out of bounds, the replay showed he wasn't) Tech would have had about 140 yards rushing last Saturday, and that's WITH Kingsbury getting sacked several times by the Wrecking Crew. Over the past three games (vs. North Carolina State, New Mexico and the Ags, the latter two on the road) Tech is averaging 140 rushing yards per game even without that missed yardage.

Tech has a DB that once intercepted Seneca Wallace twice while both were in the Cali juco ranks. Meaningless here, but a fun fact.

playing ISU at home right now is dangerous...I'm glad it's the red raiders that have to go and do it and not the longhorns...7 pts. might not be enough against the cyclones right now...even with an offense like tech has...

mizzou getting 9.5 looks too inviting...this may be the game the huskers decide to come out and dominate...

Roger -- This also might be the game that Mizzou decides to come out and dominate.....they are better coached, and have better talent than does Nebraska.....

as far as Iowa State.....I am leaning towards laying the points.....i think it will be tough for Tech to repeat that performance against a better Iowa State team on the road...plus RC is not at the helm..lol

the way both have played this year I have no doubt that mizzou could win this game outright...that's why I say the line looks too inviting...

Sorry on the Tex Th/Iowa st game im going the other way. Iw st
Everyone saw there big win at A&M. Now the hype starts. Now they are as high as can be. I look for them coming in to Iw flat as heck. Had A&M beat them by just 4/5 points the line would be 10. I see value at -7. Hope many folks get on Tex. Might take the line down to -6.5.

Thanks for the opinions!

Thanks for the opinions!

Tech playing back to back road games vs. a fresh Iowa State team at home. Still like Tech to score their share of points especially after the show they put on against the wrecking crew on the road. I'll will have to wait and see the total on this one as far as Missouri I think they beat Nebraska straight up, Seneca Wallace torched Nebraska on broken plays. Brad Smith reminds me of Michael Vick every time he takes off. Just ask the Sooner defense. Nebraska hasn't had a recruiting class in a few years and worse case senario Missouri will have a shot to get in the back door.

Will probably play the over in the Tech game, The Red Raider defense will be tired and not good anyway , and I just can't see Iowa States defense shutting down Kingsbury and company at all, could easily be 70 points or higher in this game.

i agree....i think it is more of a chance for Mizzou to dominate and blow out Nebraska.....haven't seen anything out of Neb. to make it differnt......plus morale is HORRIBLE in the Nebraska locker room....

TT/IW ST that over makes a lot of sence. There could be more then 75 scored in this game.
