for your suggestions on where to eat in Knoxville. We all enjoyed Calhoun's--they even had 4 locally brewed beers than were quite good....... The view of the river from the restaurant is very nice, but all it did was rain the whole time we were in Knoxville.
Also had a very nice dinner at a place in the Old City called Lucille's. Then we stuck around for a great jazz quartet that played. It made those 6 dollar cocktails easier to drink.
Walked around Nyland Stadium, but couldn't convince the security guard to let us in to see the field. Don't think he was a sports fan because when we told him we were Iowa Hawkeyes, he just stared at us.
Where does everyone park for a game at Nyland? I know of the 5 story parking ramp right there-- but doesn't Nyland hold 117,000+ now?
Thanks again for your help.......
