had an old friend drop in to see me today...
he stunned me when he came thru the front door..
for years his belly hung over his belt...
today .........you could not find loose change on him..
He said another dear friend got sick too....and he didn't survive the ordeal..
It was what it took to move him to walk every day and give up sodas ..
