Well, I wish it lasted longer. Maybe it's better this way, I don't have to watch football that carefully now, I'll ride my 24 speed bicycle, spend more time outdoors. Still rooting for my SF Giants!! Playoffs finally, atleast something I can still look forward to!! Anyways, goodluck you all. Later.

Have always enjoyed all of your posts! Take some time off, re-group, circle the wagons and enjoy some time off from the board.
You will be missed!:walk:

Sorry you lost your bet. Most of us have been there, its all part of the game. Shit, i've bet house $, car $, borrowed $ to bet on games that i thought i was going to make a killing on and lost. I also had a bad habit of betting every football game on sat and sun. I even had to cough up $2000 to pay a bookie that a friend of mine stiffed me when it was his bet. Thats all behind me now, and i have a handle on my betting. Your bad habit was betting your whole account! You will learn. Just kinda pisses me off , that guys in here are slamming you and they probably have stories to tell too, how they use to bet stupid. Good luck to you! You were entertaining.

One of these days, Hello There will realize that playing huge favorites on the ML is a waste of time because there is ABSOLUTELY NO VALUE in playing them. . . does anybody really believe that Vegas is going to send out a decent ML on a huge favorite? Will never happen! They know that eventually a huge upset will occur and people like Hello There that try and build a fortune on high priced favorites will eventually fall and fall huge.

Forget Hello There actually playing only a small portion of his bankroll on one game at a time because it will never happen as this guy is content with betting huge and sitting out the rest of the season when he loses a couple games in a row like NORMAL PEOPLE. What I want to see is if he will learn that playing the huge ML favorites over and over again when they look like a sure thing is a waste of time and certainly not a smart way to build a bankroll.

It's an infantile response for immediate gratification. Hell, I wish I could ask one hot chick out every weekend and she'd say yes, and she'd put out on the first date, and I could do it all over again with another babe next weekend, over and over again.
Isn't that what he's asking for? And then he cries when one says "not this weekend, sorry".
In the immortal words of someone on this board, "it's not about a game , it's about a season".
I'm sorry this guy has a neurotic compulsion to lose. I'm not Dr. Malfi.
Lets play.
