Anderson Arena gets the Zips again, where Akron is something like 2-14 at BG over the years. Though I'd love to see the Zips go in and steal one, I just don't see it happening tonight. I really thought the number would be about 5 so I consider -3 a bargain.


BG -3 for a fairly large play for me

Thanks for the encouragement WDogg. After the brutal January that I endured I can certainly use some kind words.

If I may expound a bit on the BG selection, it was not based solely on trends. The young Zips are still not one of the MAC's top teams, though have improved a great deal over the previous editions. Akron is still learning how to win and finish games. They do not a shoot free throws well and have been prone to to lapses in concentration. This process has been magnified on the road, and as previously stated lessons at Anderson Arena often come at a heavy price.
