There is a $50,000 contest that will be happening at another forum this fall, winner will get $15,000 . That contest pays the top 10 spots. I believe 5 different books are sponsoring it so winner will get setup at 5 different books. Let me know if you want me to post the site.

I'm ready whenever you are. If you need somebody legit to run a huge contest like this, you know where to turn to. That's right, the PPPP guy who runs the best contest of it's kind on the net!!!

If you make a big mistake and don't let me run this thing, I have a few ideas of my own for another NFL contest. It might not pay as well, but it will be much more fun, as all the former PPPP participants can attest to!!!!

what about seeing how many members are interested. off of that number depending on how large it is. come up with an entry fee. that fee x the number of entries would, i think add up to a substantial amount. decide who holds the money in escrow. and then make up the rules and number of places it will pay. i would find this very exciting and fun. i would personnally set the entry fee at $500. mj has almost 3,900 members. no telling how many would get involved. hell, if enough did. there would be a huge payoff. i'm for it. :spotting:

I'm sure all the little $10,000 pools are all free.
Our 'local pool' is $300 X about 200 guys=roughly 60 k(give or take)
Jack ,is this a 'free'contest,then EVERY pondscum will jump in.
If you HAVE TO join one of Offshore Joints you deal with , that will be another story.
If you simply have to pay to get in , that will be another story as well.
To me, I really don't care if it costs a few 100,s.
The all-free type will sure get you a couple thousand Deadbeats that don't pay for shit,they only enter the free stuff and don't do a dam thing to 'patronise the site'.
But ,whatever you see fit,I,m in...Just hope TOTALS shall be included. I'll leave all the little details up to the Master..

Spanky you are right at least I believe you said this. There are many that will not deal with offshore books. Not anymore. A few can spoil it for many some times. Then there are the lucky ones that have good local contacts and deal that way. I do agree if there is not some type of charge. Well you will get a very huge contest that is much work.

i believe a contest run by the sight and with a decent entry fee would be great. i would be afraid of any offshore site running the show. i don't know why we need them. there is enough members & interest here for a hell of a contest ourselfs. i believe more members would be open to a contest ran by jack himself. wouldn't suprise me if we had several hundred join up. imagine that prize pool! just my thoughts.

I'm in !!!! I just think TOTALS should carry the same weight as SIDES(juice is the same).. Anyway ,it should be fun and it really would'nt bother me if there was a 5% "fee" for "services and updates.."
