I just talked to some clown who blatently graded my Goosen Top 5 wager incorrectly, and wont change it even though I had to explain their own rule to them.....
I found that I was graded 1/5 of my winning stake, because what he said was "the correct way to grade because of dead heat". I explained to him that I should get 60% of my winning stake because my guy finished T-3 with 5 guys......so 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th......which is 3 winning spots and 2 losing.....thus 60%. He said I have to call and hassle with it tomorrow.....because even though he is in charge he is too incompetant to fix it.......I even explained a scenario where 5 guys tie for 1st....I said "what, are you just going to pay everyone 1/5th in that case?" Which he studdered and agreed.....but refused to charge my grade......so now I have to hassle with it and talk with Tony tomorrow. I dont have time for this crap.
And it scares me to think that there are plenty of newbie bettors for the Masters that dont fully understand the dead heat rule and will get screwed outta their money........maybe that was their plan. who knows.......
why dont you guys train the people you leave "in charge" 5dimes????
