The Cowboys have a strong interest in for Stanford quarterback Chad Hutchinson, 24, who has been pitching in the St. Louis Cardinals organization the past four years. Hutchinson (6-5, 230) worked out for Dallas privately Wednesday after the Cowboys attended a group workout held by Hutchinson earlier. In two seasons as a starter at Stanford from 1996-97, Hutchinson threw for more than 2,000 yards each year with 20 touchdowns and 22 interceptions.
i dont know if it's too early but i bet johnny utah from the movie point break is still available to suit up as an emergency backup. or perhaps jones is already scouring the elementary fields in south oak cliff(the hood in dallas)...
maybe they can loan him to the rangers during the week, they need plenty of pitching help.......
