Wanted to send them money(western union) about an hour ago and they said all their names were used up for the day.They said to do net spend:shrug: Anyone ever have this happen or know anything about net spend?

netspend is simple although deposit limits are low. Only $500 per 24 hour period.
go to netspend.com and find a location near you. costs 10 bucks for the card and you can reload 500 per 24 hours for 90 days. costs 3 or 4 bucks to reload each time.
when you go to your sportsbook or poker site it works just like a visa or mastercard. enter your card number and stuff under visa/mc. also works everywhere mc/and visa are accepted.
its pretty simple and easy. there are no w/d's back onto the card though. must withdraw fed ex paper check.
