Good day yesterday except for that 0-0 1st Half in Oak LN killing the over. Here's a Sunday 6-pack for all to enjoy:

1. BAL -10
Ravens still hopping mad after failing to deliver vs. PIT on nat'l tv following war of words and watching Steelers win the division on their home field. That coupled with the Revenge BAL is playing with vs CIN and the fact they are 12-3 vs CIN in 2nd meeting of the year points to an ungly game. Also, QB A. Smith out for year, QB S.Mitchell nursing rib injury, leaves QB Kitna, sprained finger and all, to go against angry Ravens D. Yikes.

2. GBay -7
Good spot for Pack to rebound foll. loss to surging Ten LW. Frigid temps expected in GB where Favre has excelled on the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field. RB J.Jackson out for the year which will make things even tougher for CLE team ranked near the bottom in RY/gm already. Able Pack secondary should not have problem stopping WR K.Johnson, only legit threat CLE has on offense. Only TD last 2 weeks have come from D. RB A. Green should give GB off & Favre balance vs. depleted CLE def which now has more than 11 players listed on IR.

3. RAMS -12
Off impressive Monday nighter in the Big Easy, Rams look for another "Big-n-easy" cover vs worst team in NFL. STL easy 48-14 winners in 1st matchup as an 18pt chalk despite not playing M.Faulk entire 2nd H(not missed as T.Canidate went nuts). STL must win to keep pace as SF moved to 11-3. I love this even more in teasers but Rams are easily a TD better than CAR per half if you want to look at it that way.

4. LIONS + 10
9 straight decided by single digits and off 1st win of the season, Det playing with momentum! PIT clinched div LW with impressive win @ BAL and are in the drivers seat for HF adv foll. Oak loss yesterday. PIT couldn't run vs. BAL(R. Lewis 17 tackles) so they went to the air. Not the norm. PIT, even w/o Bettis will go back to the run today. Perhaps letdown foll. Oak loss and big win LW. I'll take the points.

5. JETS E
NY looked awful vs. Cincy LW but still managed to get the SU win with big 4th Q while the Colts looked like world-beaters LW vs porous ATL secondary. These 2 seem to split every year with the team seeking revenge in 2nd matchup 7-1 ATS last 8. Jets are also 8-1-1 ATS in last 10 roadies vs. division and the dog is a whopping 17-4 ATS in last 21 meetings!! Turnovers also a key with any IND game as they are -16 in TO ratio while solid Jet D is +20. Thats an amazing difference. Look for more of the same as IND is 1-dimensional without E.James--NY will bait Manning into a couple more INTs today and should have no trouble moving the ball behind RB C.Martin vs IND D yielding nearly 30 ppg. NY 36 takeaways; IND 34 giveaways; Need I say more?

6. BILLS + 4
ATL D showed what they are made of LW getting torched @ IND. BUF nothing to write home about but a favorable matchup today for QB VanPelt and able WRs E.Moulds and P.Price vs. the worst secondary in NFL. Winable game here for BUF...I'll take the points. Speaking of points...another possible play maybe the over (40) here. Need some more research...

Kick up your feet, sit back and enjoy a good 6-pack! Good luck to all!

adding 2 Totals...

1. GB under 35...subfreezing temps and 15-20mph gusts combined with inept Clev offense points to a low scoring Packer win.

2. BUF over 40.5...as mentioned above, good matchups for both off vs DBs, esp BUF. Playing indoors on the carpet should help. GLTA!!

Won sides with Jets, Packers, Ravens and Bills and lost Rams and Lions(yech!). Won Buf over, lost Pack under, and won over Jets 2nd half. Another very profitable Sunday. I again thank all here for great handicapping and hope everyone keeps up the great work! Have a very safe and happy holiday! Merry Christmas to all and to all a Good Night!
