for prospects Strbak and Anshkov
At least I get to go on my vacation with a little bit of good new:spotting:  :nutkick
Great job again, Dave Taylor. Straka is only 31 y/o, and should be a solid contributor for the Kings. He most likely won't reach the 95 pts he had in 2000 but playing with better linemates in LA he should be good for 40-50 pts. Plus the Kings didn't have to give up any of their top prospects in Frolov, Cammalleri, Gleason, Brown, Grebeshkov, Aulin, Tambellini, and PUSHKAROV (the crown jewel of the Kings). Straka has no baggage attached and should fit in right away. Strbak is junk, but Anshkov should be in the NHL in a couple of yrs, so Pitt didn't really give up Straka for nothing.
Damn I'm excited. Can't believe I gotta wait 2 weeks to watch him play in a Kings uni......unless he gets bitten by the King injury bug. The Staple Center must be built on some sort of ancient burial ground of something. CURSED, I TELL YOU, CURSED!!!!!!
