Not the best week, by any means. Some years the model finds certain team’s numbers unreasonably attractive, while some others it just plain hates. It would take a full-on surgery to remove those bugs – something I’m not prepared to do – so somethings just need living with. The model seems to like Charlotte and Milwaukee overmuch, while really disliking Indiana– so it behooves one to take their projected numbers with a grain of salt. Still, despite a weak ATS number, the model’s SU record is only a tad lower than it should be. I’ll be out of the country this coming weekend, so no posting Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
