On the course!
"This is restaurant quality work here, and it's not because I'm a genius!"

I knew he wasn't a genius when he spent 4 dimes on a grill.

My extra large green egg was just over a $1000 with the large table and cannister rollers from Ace Hardware, and when I got as a gift I thought that was crazy. Now it has paid for itself tenfold in food quality of taste and fun experimentation. Thanks to Joker for getting me to bite. :0008

Now I?m working with $12 Craigslist grill with upper ?warming tray? - ya can use it to smoke.

Hour to 140 for brats..... and Juicy Lucy burger (cheese sealed inbetween 2 patties)

Finish to 160 over fresh hot birquets

But this summer, I will get a Traeger, make this effort, less effort full
