I just started glancing over it today. First thing that stands out and is a utter disgrace is their desire to move the control of national parks over to state control. So let's say Zion National Park is too expensive to maintain the state of Utah will either raise their own state taxes to maintain it, raise the prices or start selling off pieces of it or the whole thing! So the possibility exists of let's say 20 years Zion could be bough by the United Arab Emirates. No fucking way should this be allowed. Teddy Roosevelt is probably rolling in his grave as we speak.
