Season looks like it will be entertaining. I didn't see all of it but it looks like they stacked it with strikers and not many wrestlers or bjj guys.

I'm sure that one wrestler will lay on people the whole season and win.

So funny that the French guy who was going to change our preconceived ideas that Frenchmen are pussies quit. :mj07:

QUIT

QUIT

It is a TV show a setup drama, just like daytime soaps. They set this stuff up from the get go, get the hype going and then draw more people in.

Episode 2

Anyone notice that you barely saw Jake Shields, no mention of him at all when the coaches were introduced. Although props to Dana for allowing him to be there.

"Sideshow Bob" comment made me laugh:mj07:

Props to Dana??
Are you freakin serious??????

Allows him to be there but then edits him out of any footage except when he slips into the shots.
Don't think for a second he wasn't edited out either.

kyle noke is a seasoned,established,well-rounded veteran fighter.....he fought to a draw with beast hector lombard and has a win over sotiropulos....

unless theres a manimal in the house, noke has an excellent chance to win this thing,...

sort of surprised he`s even on the show...

Noke or Nick Ring will win. Noke just has a bad habit of fighting the other guy's fight such as his fight with Scott Smith.
He is great on the ground but decides to stand and Wang with a guy who's only chance is to land a huge shot.

What happens, Smith, behind on points lands the huge shot and Noke gets KTFO!!!!!

i remember nick ring won a pride tryout several years back. not sure why they didn't give him a fight.

Yet again somebody gets booted from the show because of injury. I think that has happened every season.

Not sure about that decision, team Ortiz got screwed. It was close, but the wrong guy won.

Also........as stated abover....watch out for Nick Ring:canada1 :canada1 :canada1 :canada1

i get what you`re saying about ring...probably a very tough guy...but with the lisp and some of the mannerisms,if i were in the house,i`d be watching out for the guy myself...:D

i thought the kid that lost last night might have done enough laying and praying in the 1st 2 rounds to win without going into the 3rd...wouldn`t be surprised if dana`s influencing some outcomes on this year`s show...by that i mean influencing the judges to take relatively close fights an extra round(for maximum viewer satisfaction)...or to satisfy an anti-tito agenda...no secret that they hate each other(regardless of what they provide for public consumption)....

just supposition on my part...
