Been doing this for awhile.

This guy bets randomly, not every week even, and has a long history of picking losers. Nice guy who is well off and gambles for fun. Probably couldnt name 5 players on each team. Hint: if you cant name that many, then you probably shouldnt be betting either.

After reading some stuff today here at Madjacks about folks having THEIR BIGGEST BET OF THE YEAR on this game tonight, it got me thinking.

The mush is also stepping out and making a large play on the game, his biggest to date, and he loses much more often than he wins.

Im gonna book it and fade the mush. Will be bumping the thread with his pick around 8ish.

For a guy as big on statistical analysis for picks as you, Im a little disappointed you've reduced your decision to something like this.

GL Tonight.

To respond to this specifically, its not. Or it wasn't.

No need to get into detailed breakdown of this, but the game to me was underdog or nothing.

You can spend countless hours/days researching the game, reading articels, combing over depth charts, breaking down film, dissecting press conference quotes, etc. etc.

Then one thing can change everything.

Colt McCoys injury/suspected injury.

At that moment, everything gets thrown out the window.

Anyone who watched the game up until that point would have the inclination that Texas was the right side. Afterwards, it all changed. Sure there was some late drama in regards to the spread, but it was an entirely different ballgame.

McCoys absence altered my prop on Peek, on Ingram, and on the pointspread/ML. No player on either team could have more of an impact on the result of the game than THAT SPECIFIC PLAYER.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

I dont make excuses. I bet to make money.

Not for the thrill, not for excitement, not to make friends, not to impress anyone. Money.

1. There are no sure things. There is no reason to make any single bet, ANY SINGLE BET, worth enough to decide your weekly income, monthly income, or sports season. Thats simply amateur.

Anything can happen in a game which would throw the hours/days of handicapping and analysis out the window. (SEE COLT MCCOY INJ)

Thats why MM is key. Peroid.

2. Nick Saban is an asshole. If you are up by double digits, inside the opponents 20 and they are fully conceding loss, than take a knee. Show some respect. Alabama fans can believe what they want to, but he is nothing more than a hired mercenary coach, who has lied to the media and the owners signing his paycheck time and time again. He doesnt give two shits about Bear Bryant, tradition, or anyone but himself.

I was disgusted when they were running plays and went in to score again....Didn't see the point in that...the game was over, they could of knelt on the ball and ended the game....I never had anything against Nick Saban until he did that tonight. Was classless. In my opinion he did that to make it look more lopsided than it was but what the hell do I know.

Good Luck the rest of the way IX!

TEXAS WAS CORRECT SIDE IMO AND I LOST A PRETTY PENNY TONIGHT... WE ALMOST COVERED WITH CHANCE TO WIN WITH 3 + MIN. LEFT... The 2nd HALF LINE STILL BAFFLES ME ON WHY THEY GAVE TEX BACKERS SOOOOO MANY PTS... NEVER UNDERSTAND THAT...

Anyways, sucks TEXAS' DREAM DIED WITH COLT SIDELINED, BUT, THAT DEFENSE DID A GREAT JOB FOR THE MOST PART......

And you are totally right, you cant cap an injury of a key or THE KEY player for your side....

C ya next year in THIS FORUM....
