You’re cool with Hamas just putting up their hands and walking away after killing 1000 innocent people, raping dozens at least, and taking hundreds of prisoners. What did Hamas give up besides a handful innocent abducted Israelis including a couple of murdered babies in exchange for hundreds of hamas criminals?
In this case, Russia will gain some territory, both parties will agree on a peace treaty, the United States and NATO will draw a line in the sand. if Russia crosses that line, then will be at war. But the reality is, Russia doesn’t want to be in a world war. They realize, and I think we all do given their lackluster efforts against lowly Ukraine ( militarily speaking, they are not pussies like Canada, but certainly not a military power), that NATO forces would fuck them in the ass. Which of courses bad for everyone because you back that asshole into a corner, and I could see nukes flying.
This war shouldn’t have started, I feel nato should have held firm against Russia and said we will not accept Ukraine into NATO, but in giving you this guarantee, I assure you that if you invade Ukraine, we will not only expedite that process , but will fight you tooth and nail.
