5DIMES has to be the worst sports book out of any of the top A+ sports books out there. I had so many problems in one month that would never happen with any other book in the A TO C rating list. They have the rudest customer service and don't don't offer any thing special besides reduce juice and absolute worst sports book i have every dealt with. Your money is not safe with this book. Im sorry im sounding like im ranting and raving but this book has put such a bad taste in my mouth with every conversation. I dealt with most sports book and have many accounts and this book should be rated an F. Sorry if you disagree.

5dimes is one of the best offshore books out there. There is no debate on that.
But you are 100 percent correct when it comes to customer service. The "higher ups" at that book are not exactly customer friendly.
Many madjackers know that the customer service at 5dimes is terrible but your other comments are way off.
Bottom line is this, if they had customer service like Betjamaica they would be the best book out there. That is 5dimes only problem. But it is a big problem, for the life of me I don't know why 5dimes says "fuck you" to their clients. They would make so much more money if they were nice to their clients.
To sum up, the customer service sucks, but obviously 5dimes doesn't care about that. But as I said earlier everything else about the book is top-notch. And if you do have a problem it will get fixed. You just have to bite your tongue and get ass raped before it gets fixed:mj07:

What are the customer service issues that you guys have had? I've been with them almost 10 years and have never had any issues at all. They have always paid and responded to my emails.
Not to spend a lot of time on an issue but it's been the worst customer service then any other sports book i dealt with or deal with. There is a list of sport books on the left hand corner of this website and everyone of them books could beat 5 dimes overall, hands down! They are rude and down right ignorant and i been with them for years and never had such problems. The management is even worse then the regular customer service. Customer service is the foundation to any successful business. And they lack that 10 fold. I have accounts with almost every book madjack recommends and 5 dimes is hands down the worst experience i ever had. Now 3 years ago i would of said they were the best. One problem after another im calling them up off mistakes and customer service is clueless to your account. It got real bad!
His problem was corrected with one quick email I sent to them. He could have come back into this thread and told you guys that I corrected it for him instead of leaving his bash up here.

Absolutely, Madjack you took care of the issue immediately! I appreciate that so much for taking the time out of your schedule and taking my matter on and fixing the issue. Because i tried more then once to get this resolved and you did it in a matter of an hour. Goes back to the old saying, "IT'S who you know." Thanks again and again. :0008
Been with them over 10 years and never had an issue that wasnt resolved by an eamil now as for the costumer servcice they have always been nice to me and for upper management the whole industry knows tony is an asshole but an honest asshole. Hell arent all the mangers of sports books Assholes??? They get an A+ from me. LOL
Not sure how you can say betjm has superior customer service. Their live chat is available one out of three times, they close shop at midnight. 5dimes has the easiest processors, respond immediately to emails. what else do you want? SIA makes you wait days for a response and supervisors leave for the day at 5pm? Hands down 5dimes is the best, best lines, best site, best everything. And Tony is funny, you've got to play the asshole when you deal with people like us all day
