things to consider....

1)no santonio holmes...huge loss..

2)ravens without right tackle jared gaither(forcing them to shift marshall yanda to right tackle and play chris chester in yanda`s right guard spot)...the jets will be blitzing right out of the locker room..

3)ryan`s familiarity with ravens...he knows the ravens strengths and weaknesses...

4)is revis in game shape?...i`ve read he`s roughly 5 pounds heavier than his normal playing weight...no camp....i suspect that the ravens may test him early...

5)how effective will houshmanzadeh be with less than a week in a new system?...

6)ryan`s motivation after basically being passed over for the ravens` head coaching position...you know this sticks in his craw being that harbaugh was around the ravens` 3rd choice....

7)no ed reed...fabian washington AND ladarius webb(this kid can play,though) coming back off knee injuries to first REAL game action...but with addition of josh wilson...vs mistake prone mark sanchez.....interesting match-up...

8)i believe calvin pace is out..loss of an important corner rusher for the jets......forcing an older jason taylor to take more snaps than usual...

if anybody can think of anything else,be my guest...
