2006 WSOP Main Event Champion Jamie Gold has already proven he's a rock solid poker player by maintaining the chip lead for five days and then winning the WSOP and a hefty 12 million dollars.

If there were any out there who still questioned his poker skills they are now in the process of being silenced. With only 30 players remaining in the TCI International Poker Tournament Featuring 2-time World Champion Johnny Chan in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Gold is chip leader.

Considering that this is his first tournament since winning the WSOP, things are looking good for the this rising poker star. The final table is set for tomorrow, Friday, September 15th, 2006.

I don't think Jamie Gold is a flop. I think he's a deadbeat stiff pussy. Tell him to pay the man he promised half of his WSOP purse to.
