I'm pretty sure that there's gonna be a few (or couple) of upsets. Problem is - I just can't figure out which ones. Look for players who scored an upset in that last tourney - that's where they usually come from.

So instead, I think these are favorites that I believe WON'T get upset. And a couple are really dogs if ya go by the "anything at -110 or better is a doggie" rule.

MOLIK -110 : Hard hitter was top notch last yr. I don't know what happened, but a fraction of her past easily beats Dommie.

SHENAY PERRY -220: Similar story. But more due to how poorly Pesche has been playing and I think there may be some physical probs. with the latter.

ACASUSO -130 : Stickin with Suso. I really liked him in his last and I'm pretty sure he ain't gonna let me down this time vs. a much weaker oponent. Odds are a bargain.

YOUZHNY -340 (? however you spell it, some of these players got some handles alright). Surely not a single play at these odds, but a great parlay stuffer. Sure looks like a mismatch from here.

Good luck.

One more, but it's info. only

One more, but it's info. only

I mentioned two "-110 ers". Well the other one is too iffy for me but I did come up with her on my list. For me, it's gonna be a parlay stuffer only despite the decent odds:

CARA BLACK -110 : BOTH of these player SUK. Not many any worse singles player than these two. However, Black happens to be a very good doubles player while the other (0h man, here we go) er, Uberroi (?) is a newbie that is proving, in her limited experience, that the only question about her is not if she wins the final set but rather IF she gets threw it. And she's never faced any player that we'd (or at least ME) would recognize. At least Black has beaten some BIG names as long as it's a doubles match.

Look for your post every AM and I know there are some others here that look, too. Keep posting and looking forward to THE Open.

Thanks Ces, but really not good enough. GOOD THING I added Black; turned out to be my best value weiner. (BTW - good thing I DIDN'T add Malisse. He was also on my list, but luckily I didn't post and even more luckily I didn't use him even as a parlay stuffer.). He turned out to be one of the upsets I was writing about. NOTE the players that played exceptionally well in Toronto and wherever - like Malisse, GASQUET, Berdych. All upset. This is where to look for upsets.

On a positive side - notice, for the most part, that the ones I lost were EXTREMELY close. Soooo.... . think I'll continue posting. Ya better tell the Peeping Toms that they will need to use their keyboard when they come in for a visit once we get into the Open cause, if history repeats, it should be raining greenbacks in here but me and you will need to see more upside down umbrellas in here to kepp it going.

I'll be starting a new thread for upcoming picks. Good luck, Ces - hope you found a place to getem in.

Nice job this afternoon. I had to work, so stopped in, took two picks i liked (Youz and Perry) parlayed them and took the winners.

Quick question, do you ever take them to win by a number of games, like today did a smaller parlay with them both (i think they were -4 and -4.5), or always just to win?

MAN, what a hassle trying to get in to post a couple of Longies last night. I guess everybody got affected.

THANKS, Admin. for getting me going again (new passwd. is working).

NO, I wasn't gonna post Murrey to beat Federer ALTHOUGH I posted elsewhere LAST WEEK that.... .. .

>"someboody's gonna make a killing soon by fading Federer. REAL SOON".

Honest injun. And, yeah, AGAIN I wasn't on it.:banghead:

Anyway, just wanted to thank quick Mad Jack service.

Oh, as ALWAYS - 1 of my 2 doggies WON (Serra) and the other lost (Vliegen). Also, here's another "heads up" -> start FADING Murrey.

I may have some for tomorrow later, stay tuned.

J,

I've noticed since being here for over 2 yrs. the quality of posters is high. My point is your work will be cautiously recognized as the viewers see your successes. Anders and Kickserv are couple of resident tennis experts and don't get many more views than what you're getting. They do get more feedback due to longevity.

I knew TIB was watching and, again, based on your views, there are a few others.

You'll start getting more feedback once the "rain"
starts. Some of us don't know enough about tennis to offer anymore than me - thank you's and encouragement. BOL
