In the early 80s, the US militaty undertook highly covert research into ways of conducting cyber warfare though a project called "Anus Cloning Program" (ACP). Allegedly, they removed several anuses from subhuman swamp-dwelling residents of the Louisiana area and genetically engineered them to grow fingers.
These mutant anuses were supposed to be released into a controlled typing environment with several thousand keyboards all with Internet access where they would unleash their crap upon message boards.
Unfortunately, several of these typing anuses escaped the controlled environment by disguising themselves as relatives of Bill Clinton. Based on all the crap that we see here, I suspect that we have some of the escapees from the experiment.
