You know what WR your stupidity is clearly only eclipsed by your ignorance. If Rusty Yates beat his wife, ever, that was at no time ever mentioned in testimony, nor was it ever claimed as a reason for her insanity defense and ultimate appeal. You ignorant, non capping, egotistical jackass. How dare you enter into a conversation or debate involving the murder of innocent children one of which was only six months old and another that was left floating face down in a bathtub full of vomit, without knowing anything about the facts. If I new where you lived I would certainly be kicking the hell out of you as we speak. I am also appalled at the complete lack of compassion that one has for the affected family members.
Andrea Yates complained of post partum depression which she had suffered from intermittently for two years. She was on medication for the illness at the time of the MURDERS, (geez, you are an asshole WR), and had been seeing a psychiatrist for the problem for approximately nine months. None of this was disputed nor were they the reasons for the overturn. The reason cited by the judge was that their was an error in prosecution testimony, specifically that of the only psychatrist that the prosecution used, one DR. DIETZ. This was a huge oversight by the prosecution as was the fact that the young lady prosecuting was doing her first capital murder case. Dietz testified that a certain episode of "Law and Order" which was supposedly about the murder/drowning of children by their mother and subsequent innocent verdict was a major contributing factor in the premeditated slayings. This was shown to be false as the episode does not exist. This fact, however, was discovered prior to the sentencing phase of the trial and the judge deemed that particular testimony to be irrelevant to the facts of the case. Much like the irrelevance you represent to the human race.
I am quite sure she will be retried or the verdict reinstated. What I am not sure of is why you haven't been banned from this website.
Hey, jag off, did you know that her six year old son's last words as he struggled to get free were "I'm sorry". Even in the face of impending doom a six year old had more compassion, virtue, and spirit then you ever will. The saddest part of this story is that the headmaster at the orphanage you were raised at didn't think of it first. Dick.
