Well Jokers is not very entertaining first thing in the morning.....more of an afternoon type of guy.....:0008
I had a friend who periodically had to hire manual labor people here in NEast Oklahoma back in the early 80's.
The main requisite was that they were not very bright,
had good strong backs, did what they were told, and
worked for next to nothing.
He always proclaimed them as "quarter-wits" not
smart enough to be "half-wits"
This "talented" gent appears to be in that grouping.
