Several years ago, my friends and I paid for Marc Lawrence's "NBA Playoff Special"

He lost 16 or 17 IN A ROW !!!

When we called his assistant, "Dewey", to say, "WTF?", Dewey said, "Just stick with him. His picks can't get any worse."

Eventually, Lawrence left a taped apology on his 900 number. His closing remark was, "I just couldn't seem to get a break."

Buddy, that is what I call a streak, sorry you were on the wrong side, but I couldn't help but laugh. His picks can't get any worse, keep following him. LOL

NSI HAS BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR 21 YEARS AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WE LEARNED IS THAT YOU ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR RECORD.THAT IS WHY WE POST OUR RESULTS RIGHT HERE GOOD OR BAD FOR EVERYONE TO SEE. WE HAVE BROKEN DOWN OUR RECORD TO SHOW HOW WE PERFORM IN INDIVIDUAL SPORTS.

BTW -- this is exactly why we don't allow email addresses to be posted anymore around here.

This guy came in here and 'smoothly' posted analysis and picks for his games while posting and collecting email addresses for his service.

There are too many lurkers out there that fall prey to these services.

I've been receiving a lot of emails lately asking about 'MY' pay picks, how much they are, and where can they get them. Some people are actually disappointed when I tell them that they're FREE! LMAO!

You see, they see me leading that contest over there and think I have some magic formula for baseball all of a sudden and want my 'secret' plays. Hell, they are the same plays I post for free all week every week for the last 3 years. I guess they are worth something and are better if I sell them?

who knows??

So true Jack! I had a couple of co-workers buying picks from some service for lots of money and not even breaking even. I directed them to this site to follow some cappers, but later on I find out they are still purchasing the service picks. Why? This guy tells me the cappers here can't be that good because they are free. I guess some people believe the more expensive the product, the better it is. How unfortunate.

yup....i've been in sales most of my life and most salespeople are afraid of price. they 'think' the price is too high and the customer won't buy. not true! actually, the opposite is usually true. the more you ask for it, the better they 'think' it is.

if i went door-to-door with two identical bic pens and told the customer that i have one for 39 cents, BUT!!!!.........(get all excited with raised voice and a big smaile) I HAVE 'THIS' BABY HERE FOR $14.95, THE BEST, THE GREATEST, LIFETIME GUARANTEE, LIGHTWEIGHT, SMOOTH WRITING, etc., etc., etc. they will buy the $14.95 pen most of the time.
