Since there have been numerous posts about books not doing the right thing or are slow in paying, I thought that I would comment about a book giving excellent customer service.
Yesterday morning I called Bookmaker to make a withdrawal via either Fed-Ex or Dhl & not only was the clerk who I spoke to curteous, she told me that there wasn't any charge for the withdrawal. Joss (clerk's name) also told me that I should receive the check from anywhere between 7-10 business days.
Well, I received the check today....1 day after making the withdrawal request !!
i made comments previously that people are missing the boat if they don't have Bookmaker as one of their books. They have early lines, they have great customer service & there is no hassle about withdrawals. There is nothing more that you can ask from a book. Too bad other books don't use Bookmaker as a model.
