being a Baylor Alum, i think John Lucas is better too.....you wait....he will lead us to an NIT birth next year 
Freeze- We stopped at Whataburger in Waco last night on our way home to Dallas from San Antonio and Lucas was there. We talked to him for about 15 minutes. Great kid. Very personable, very polite. He was disappointed that he could not make it to SA to see the UT/UConn game because he had to entertain a recruit. He is great friends with TJ and he played high school ball with Okafor.
He talks to TJ on the phone regularly. He said TJ told him that he will not go pro, regardless of the outcome of the season. I hope he is right.

interesting....yeah i know saw him play at bellaire HS here in houston....pretty good team especially when Okafor was there....lots of talent comes out of here....

LOL! No, I did not know that. Whataburger was packed at 10:30p on a Sunday night. Must be all those Baptist kids getting the munchies after a hard night of partying
