Why I Like St. Louis Tonight:

I see Tampa Bay as a 9-7 team this year if they catch some breaks and play much improved down the stretch. I do not see that same team as being the one that shines in St. Louis on Monday night. I would make it a bigger play if St. Louis was not so banged up.
