Since there is no thread for this week, I will start one... :)

So far no real predictiions from my part...

I'm looking for some feedback on a couple of this weekends fights

Lopez vs. Walker
I really dont understand, how Lopez can be a +500 favorite at some books against an unbeaten guy in Walker.
Lopez has lost a total of 12 fighs -mostly by ko.
Walker recently fought to a draw against Echolls,..and he took that fight on a few day notice...Walker with 12 kos in 18 figts looks like a decent puncher...fight is in the US, so there doesnt seem to be any homecooking involved as Walker is Amercian and Lopez Mexican..Walker weighed in at 157 lbs, so he seems to be in shape...

Jimenez vs. Perez
Judging by their records this looks like another very evenly matched fight. Jimenez, who is a 5-1 favorite has 5 losses to Perez' 3 -and Perez is the one who really fought some tough competition...
Perez fought against Castillo at 118 lbs, Jimenez has fought at a much lower weight, unfortunately, no weight is listed at boxrec for his last fights.
The site of the fight obviously favors Jimenez though...

Lopez vs. Gallardo
Gallardo a 5 to 1 underdog, has given a good account of himself in most of his losses. If he can make us of his boxing skills and his 2 inch height advantage, he might be able to outbox the favorite...!?
Graham has made Lopez a 2 to 1 favorite and calls hime a live dog.

VERY quiet here these days. I see value in galardo and walker for small plays. "The Man" is on both of those. I didn't wager either. I'll wait for the results on my only 2 wagers this wkend. I have a small amt on oakey and a med play on the over for the Italian fight...Tobia Loriga. That has over written all over it. A little conservative for me but I'm guaranteed a winner this week w/the nice payout on the Hasegawa under so I don't want to potentially give too much back. Good luck.

Nice. That's an awesome idea, it inspired me to make a new thread. I lost on Oakey straight unfortunately.

btw Romi I tailed you and lost a medium play, their records screamed OVER and I was kicking myself for not wagering more. Did you happen to see the fight? TD3 is an odd score to me, as in technical decision after 3 rounds? What could have led to that, a clash of heads? I thought it takes 4 rounds, before that is no contest.

Anyway your over plays have been killer all year, I ought to buy you a xmas present lol. When I saw their records I thought you caught a gem, the outcome is bizarre.

I think you posted your plays earlier than Evan actually, nice job. The Galldard line has dropped like a rock, I caught him small +375, now you can get Lopez -300.

Frankly Im only playing them b/c of reccomendations, it looks like you capped it well.

yes, I read fightwriter and took a look at some lines and records, immediately after I made that post I saw Evans picks. :)

Didnt help much though, Walker and Gallardo both lost, seems like they put up a game effort though..

actually I believe this was bound to happen, after so many good weeks...

Hope you didnt lose too much.
