I click on the + to left of name but haven't figured how to pull those selected back up to make wager?

DTB When you click on the '+' sign next to your selection, you are adding it to the bet slip. Just click on 'View Bet Slip' at the top of the page to view.

So if you have clicked on the '+' sign for two different selections when you view your bet slip you will see both selections listed and can make a wager based on two singles and/or one parlay.
