I would typically lean to the Wild, who are playing well
on the road.....BUT, they got to tally past JS. Imo,
the strongest play here appears to be the Over. The
Ducks should be good for 2-3 goals and I think that
Minny gets it uncorked for at least 2, possibly 3
and maybe an OT game...again.

Right now looking at playing the over.

First, it was Claude Lemieux before the Dallas series, then Laaksonen after G1 of Minny series, then Ronning after last nite's game, now even the Quacks' coach Babcock is questioning the size of Giggy's pads......


During this morning's news conference......

"Doesn't anyone want to ask me about [Jean-Sebastien] Giguere's pads?" Babcock said.

A reporter did, asking jokingly, "aren't they getting bigger?"

"They are huge," Babcock said. "The better he plays, the bigger they get. It's an amazing thing."

playing....and he is playing phenomenally well, you have
to figure that The Wild can seek in a couple. Especially now
that the Ducks are up 2-0, their is a naturally tendancy to
become a little complacent. I think game 3 is gonna be a
doozy, if it isn't a Wild win, then it's a sweep.

The pucks probably looks like a freakin' beach ball to
JS right now. imo, each team scores at least 2, or a
combo of Ducks 3, Minny 1 or somebody 3-2.
I like the over, if it doesn't then strong case for
a push.

I'm probably gonna be passing altogether, seeker. But to play the devil's advocate:lol2 ......

Gigger after going up 2-0 on Det: 2-1 Win to go up 3-0, 36 saves
Gigger after going up 2-0 on Dal: 1-2 Loss to go to 2-1, 30 saves

I still remember the 2nd goal by Dallas. Hatcher took a slap shot from the point, and it deflected off of Letinen's (I think) shinguards, and went between Giggy's pads.

I think we can all agree that Minny is not the offensive club that Det and Dal are. Minny better get some traffic in front of Gigger if they want a fighting chance to win the game and have a chance at the series. But that's why they play the game.

It always helps to see the whole picture, be it
Emotional, Technical or fundamental in terms of 'capping
these contests. Either way like you pointed out, it's
gonna tight.....GL with the Devils tonight, I have 'em
