Does 8.5 seem low in this game to anyone else? CIN under 9 only twice in the last 10 games, playing great ball and averaging 7 runs/game over that stretch. Both pens used 3 pitchers last night. Looks like an over play to me. Also looking at the MIN/TOR under.
