I follow the MAAC fairly closely but can't recommend a play on this game.
I'd appreciate any thoughts from anyone here, especially Bear, Box and one and others who follow these teams
Siena hasn't played well on the road (3-9 SU, 4-8 ATS) while Manhattan is 10-1 SU at home.
Siena is coming off of an eight day layoff. Leading scorer Dwayne Archbold is by far their best player, even though their defense was recently ranked nationally at #20 in lowest FG% allowed. Siena won two of their last three, winning all three ATS. The sole loss was by one point at Niagara.
Manhattan seems to be coming around after a little slump in January but they tend to play to the level of their competition (0-5 ATS L5) so I don't feel confident they can cover the 9.5 points here.
I also don't recommend a first half play on Manhattan as most of their games tend to be close at the half and then they come out on a 16-2 run or something at the start of the second half.
Any thoughts?
