1)Buffalo(+.5,+130)
The Sabres catch the Bruins coming home off a road game to play a rested team, one of my favourite angles. Boston is just 1-4-2 ATS when playing B/B.

Buffalo is 5-3-1 the last 9 overall, 6 of which have been on the road, and those 9 teams have a collective record 16 games over .500, so they have been playing well. They have outshot the opposition in 4 of their last 6 road games.

Yes, Boston has won their last 4 games, but they are just 5-6 over their last 11, so they are very beatable.

2)St.Louis(Pk,-105)
Fair Deal has been very slow to move this line. It started this morning at -105 and now I am seeing it as high as -130.

Same as the game above, the Islanders played on the road last night and now return home to play a rested opponent.

St.Louis has been red hot going 11-3 in the last 14, including 6-1 in their last 7 road games. The Islanders have lost 5 of their last 6 home games.

Offensive numbers for the two teams are almost identical, but St.Louis has a huge edge on the defensive side of things. They give up far less shots per game (23.0 to 28.2) and therefore, give up less goals per game. (2.23 to 2.81)

3)Edmonton/Atlanta (under 6,-125)
I don't like to lay this much vigorish but this looks very solid.

Edmonton has played under on the road 14 of 22 games, while it may surprise you to see that Atlanta is actually 10-10 at home to the O/U number. I thought they had played far more overs.

The last 2 meetings between these two have finished 3-0 and 3-1 and in the last 5 games for each team, their respective shooting percentages are both well below the 10.0% mark at 7.7% for the Oilers and 6.8% for the Thrashers.

Edmonton has scored more than 3 goals just once in their last 11 games and that one took an empty netter to reach 4. They have given up more than 3 goals just twice in their last 10 games, and both of those games were just 4 goals against.

Atlanta has scored a total of just 8 goals in their last 5 games, and believe it or not, their goals against average has been 2.91 over their last 11 games.......not outstanding by regular NHL standards, but very noteworthy when considering an under 6 play.

Good luck out there tonight,
