I have used Betgameday before and have had no problems.
Well its been awhile since I last used them,but i made a deposit on Fri and today i got on the instant chat with them about making a withdrawal.....I usually withdraw via W/U......get on there today and they say they dont use that anymore? uhhh ok? so how about Check via fed ex? No...we dont use that anymore...i mean what the hell is going on...i think the only way you can cash out is to go to their office and get it....l.Unbelieveable! (And no...i dont use neteller of firepay either)

Plus you can talk to 3 different cs reps and get 3 different answers.
Not acceptable!

I hope all is well.

Unfortunately what he is saying is true - we had 3 Western Union processors and for various reasons all 3 of them were forced to stop for a while - one of them was also processing our cashiers checks and they had to stop that too as their bank closed their accounts. The problem is mainly with banks for all 3 of them - as you know the US banks are making it harder and harder for Caribbean banks to move funds. We hope to have these problems resolved very soon, and will be back to offering a full Western Union service, but right now the problem is out of our hands.
