Hey Lee - What's up with the Cleveland play? Is that based on stats or just a feel play? Just curious because I was thinking about banging Detroit today but now am hesitating. Will probably just lay off. Play for me is the over 8. Two studs I know but...

Cleveland 7-1 overs when 8-8.5
Detroit 10-3 overs when 8-8.5
Detroit against lefties avg 6.4 runs and are hitting

Recent starts for Sabathia and Verlander against Detroit and Cleveland respectively indicate an over play. Less than 9 runs only once in six combined starts.

Just takes one or two innings for either one of these teams to bust 8 right open.:shrug:

Thurow - If Det has t ogo to the bullpen, the game is over. I just don't like Det right now. CC ias a stud and so is Justin. But the pen is a disaster right now. And I like Clev to take the series!! Gl to you

Completely agree with Thurow, a lot of offense here and neither arm has been particularly effective against the opposition. Its the dog or nothing for me on the side but I do like the 5 inning total of over 4 and played it pretty good. Think that over 7' for the game is a solid play as well especially if the Tiger pen comes into play.
