BYU has 3 losses ,2 of them are to Zaga .Barcello is tough. and the air craft carrier via Purdue Haaaaarms had 41 points a few games ago.. If he wakes up the Cougars are tough. Dons have lost 3 or 4 in a row,,

When I saw your post yesterday I thought...oh no he didn't talk about the snow (or at least it wasn't in the title) will it affect the win streak? lol

I missed a couple of them but took them in-game a lot smaller. Brutal night but hey it happens. As my co-worker always says when we're leaving work at the end of the day...."tomorrow is a new day"

The boss I had before working w him would always say "let's get out of here" and the one before that would say "let's come back tomorrow and do it again". I just got a new boss a few weeks ago and I told him he needs to come up w something but so far he and the other guy have stuck w "tomorrow is a new day" so perhaps that'll just carry on.

I've gotten where I buy points more often but not always. When I do, I'll buy either a point or 1 1/2...whichever takes it to the whole number. I never buy to 1/2.

On these 5 games, I also did a parlay and then I did the ol' reverse (aka insurance) parlay but I bought them all the other way so maybe I can middle a little bit along the way lol.

Good luck. I put a little extra on BYU. It's Cougar Season....get your gear and get out there! I hear they are fierce! How old would a cougar be for you now, Box? I'm in my 40's so I guess for me a "coug" would be in her late 60's or early 70's....hmmm, no thanks. I like doing the, uh, "insurance" of that I guess that would be let me be the sugar daddy lol

I even had Boise St +8. Did they know they were playing overtime. Unreal. Had Ohio State Moneyline. Ugh.

Luckily thought BYU was a later start. I took them but didn't add to it. Rough night to say the least. That Boise one stings bad. Down 13 w half a minute left....I don't think they even scored in overtime. Unreal.

I made a last ditch effort. Took California on the moneyline in-game at 3-1 and I went really big on Arizona -8. What the hell, tomorrow's pay day. lol. It looked like it was gonna be a great night. Started 2-0 and got Detroit by buying 1 1/2. Ohio St was leading the whole night. Jeez. Oh well. C'est la vie. I'm out for the night. Will see who wins those late ones in the am.

Tough end to the night for me too. Refs determined Buckeyes loss (on ML). Btw -as an ND grad I love your screen name. Go Irish!

That's awesome! What years were you at Notre Dame? I've always loved the Irish in football and those teams from the late 80's and early 90's were my favorite. I liked them in basketball back in the day. They are barely on my radar now when it comes to basketball. I'm a UNC fan first and foremost and that's football, basketball, intramural coed softball, you name it. I love the name too...Touchdown Jesus

I almost broke even for the night w Arizona's cover. That's dangerous I know but at least it worked out this time. California came w/in 2 points....if they had won I'd have had a HUGE night w the 3-1 payout. But I can't complain.

Of course I will complain! That Boise State overtime debacle....that's not my worst beat ever but it's sure up there.

I don't know what happened in Ohio State game but I've heard others say they got robbed. I had them 2nd half as well and was hoping for OT but would have gladly settled for the moneyline win.

Thanks for the reply. Go Irish! Unless their playing the Heels! I thought for sure I'd go for ND in a situation like this past year....ND still had playoff aspirations and UNC did not. But I just couldn't cheer against my Heels. When it was over I was down but at least ND was still alive. Unfortunately that didn't last.
